Michael Neice was born in Shelbyville, the son of Dorothy Neice of Morristown. Growing up in Morristown, Mike learned values like hard work and independence.
Mike graduated from Morristown High School and was active with sports and social clubs during his school years. After high school he went on to Clark College where he majored in Business Administration. He obtained an Assoc. degree. Mike was on the Presidents list at Clark. Mike worked and paid his own way through.
Mike has made his home in Little Marion for the past 15 years. He owns a small business where his company provides medical transportation for medicaid recipients to doctor and hospital appointments, where a strong sense of public service is a must to Mike.
Mike also is a Insurance broker and is licensed in 10 states. Mike always is looking for ways to help people. He regularly attends accounting and tax seminars.
Mike is a member of Shelby County Senior Services, Cicoa, Moose and American Legion where he holds a district office. Mike pledges that he will be easy to get in touch with at 317-398-4116, 24/7. He regularly says that “his boss is the people of Marion Township.” He plans to work to get the Little Marion Cemetery a sign and flag in which to show respect and give our Civil War vets the recognition that they deserve.
